Bleach

Synopsis
Bleach follows the lives of Ichigo Kurosaki, who is a high school student with the ability to see ghosts, and a shinigami (Soul Reaper or, literally, "death god") named Rukia Kuchiki, who crosses paths with Ichigo while hunting an evil spirit known as a hollow. Rukia is wounded during the ensuing confrontation with the spirit and is left with no choice but to transfer her powers into Ichigo. Thus the adventures of Ichigo and Rukia begin. Together they search for hollows and perform soul burials on wayward souls, cleansing the spirits and sending them to Soul Society. The early parts of the story focus mainly on the characters and their pasts, rather than the actual occupation of the shinigami. As events unfold, the story begins to delve deeper into the world of these gods of death on the "other side" called Soul Society.

This is one great anime and its fun but can sometimes get a little annoying, but you´ll forget about that as soon as you see the fights or the development of all the characters.

this anime has it all: comedy, friendships, charm, excitment, talking stuffed animals and it even has an old guy as the strongest ;)

now WATCH WATCH AND WATCH IT!!!

Characters
Kurosaki Ichigo
is a teenager with a short fuse and a bit of an attitude. He has the ability to see ghosts, and makes it his mission to protect both the dead and the living from harm.

Rukia Kuchiki
After giving her powers to Ichigo, Rukia convinces him to help her in her work as a Shinigami (Death God) until her powers return. She soon learns that it is a serious crime for a Shinigami to give away their powers, and her life is put in imminent danger

Orihime Inoue
a classmate and friend of Ichigo Kurosaki. She is friendly, sensitive, and very kind. Orihime develops spiritual powers of her own after Ichigo becomes a Shinigami.

Kisuke Urahara
an ex-Shinigami who now manages the 'Urahara Shop'. He seems to always be there to help Ichigo at the right moment. He also has the ability to turn Ichigo into a Shinigami (death god) whenever Rukia isn't there.

Yasutora "Chad" Sado
is quiet, strong, and prides himself on being a protector. Although his real name is Yasutora Sado, everyone calls him “Chad” cause it’s cooler. After discovering his powers - he finds himself protecting Ichigo's sister and helping him save Rukia from the Soul Society

Uryu Ishida
he last of the Quincy’s - a tribe of spiritually aware humans who fought against the hollows in the past. He is usually shy and quiet, but tries extra hard to act cool when around people. He also dislikes those who target, or take advantage of women

Renji Abarai
Renji Abarai is an elite shinigami bearing the rank of 6th Division lieutenant, making him second in command of a sub-branch of the shinigami armed forces. Although first introduced as a deadly enemy, he has conflicting loyalties between his job and Rukia, with whom he grew up. A brash and driven man, he holds both a deep respect and animosity towards his immediate superior, 6th Division captain Byakuya Kuchiki.

Kon
a doll that has been taken over by a spirit who often provides the crew with a bit of comic relief.
