Inukami

Synopsis
Inukami are demons with the apearence of a dog which protect the humans from other demons. However, Keita, a descendant of a historic Inukami-tamer family, lacked their gift, and so he was forsaken by the family. One day, an Inukami named Yoko came in to his life, and from then on, Keita's life would never be the same. Although Yoko was really beautiful, she was a problematic Inukami that no one had been able to control, and from that moment the endless train of Keita's embarrassments was without end.

Quite a funny anime, it was enjoyable throughout the series and had some interesting twists. The growing bond between Keita (main male protagonist) and Yoko (main female protagonist) is also fun to watch as it progresses. Overall, i think it was pretty good.

Characters
Yoko
Yoko is the female lead of the show. She has two main abilities. The first is jaen (likely meaning "serpent blaze"), where she shoots a coiling strand of fire out of her fingertips. There is also dai-jaen (likely, "mega serpent blaze"), which is just a larger, more powerful variation. The second ability is shukichi, an ability which allows her to teleport objects.

Keita Kawahira
Keita is the male lead of the show. He was considered a failure by his family due to his attitude towards their ancient duty to vanquish evil, treating it like a parttime job, and his initial inability to find an Inukami to bond with.
