Synopsis

The series is set in the year 2307 AD of the Gregorian calendar. During this time, fossil fuels became exhausted and the distribution of fuels became imbalanced. Humanity must rely on three orbital elevators with solar power generation systems (large-scale solar power systems) that are in the hands of the three "major powers" on the planet: the Union of Solar Energy and Free Nations comprised of the Organization of American States, Australasia and Japan), the Human Reform League comprised of China, Asian Russia, South East Asia including Papua New Guinea and India) and Europe's Advanced European Union (based on the European Union and also in control of Africa). However, only the major powers and their allies reaped the benefits. When global warfare break out due to energy conflicts a private army calling themself Celestial Being claim that they will eradicate war and terrorism with the use of there mobile suits called Gundams.

Probably the least interesting Gundam series I have seen in years. The main character is probably the most uninteresting character to be shown. The show has many good qualities, the GN drive, the concept, and the mystery. However, many of the characters fails to spark the type of interest that makes you want to call this show great. The main character Setsuna F. Seiei offers nothing impressive to say about his skills and only seem to show that he has a gundam complex. There are some instances where Setsuna's character is attempting to resemble Heero Yuy, but fail miserably to offer the same interest.

Allelujah Haptism & Lockon Stratos were the best and most interesting Gundam pilots in the show. Both showed exception skills as pilots while Setsuna only showed that his skills a pilot were average and the only reason why he won battles were due to the GN drive and Gundam Exia\'s capabilities. The rest of the interest mainly came from pilots such as Ali Al-Saachez & Graham Aker skills, the creation of the GN drives and conspiracies within the organization.

Setsuna F. Seiei
The main character and is shown early in the first ep to have been born in a war torn country fighting for his life as a mere child. He's was discovered and help by a gundam and is now part of their organization. He is the pilot of the GN-001 Gundam Exia.16 years old.

Lockon Stratos
Decided to join Celestial Being after losing his parents to terrorists in Ireland. He is the eldest pilot and team leader of the Gundam Meisters. He owns an orange Haro. Pilot of GN-002 Gundam Dynames. 24-years-old.

Allelujah Haptism
Spent his childhood as an orphan in the Human Reform Alliance. He is usually gentle and quiet. Pilot of GN-003 Gundam Kyrios. 19 years old

Tieria Erde
A boy with a rare kind of beauty, his history, nationality, and origins all a mystery. Within his gentle tone, he can give a sense of cold intentions. Pilot of GN-005 Gundam Virtue.
